Job summary

Veregy is hiring a Construction Project Manager in Louisville, KY to oversee onsite operations for varied scale projects and lead cross-functional teams including Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.

The role focuses on developing qualified projects during RFP/RFQ, managing budgets, schedules, and risk with oversight from the ROM, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 7+ years of Project Management within the construction field.
• Knowledge of Veregy’s services and processes; strong budget and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ROM and Development to write project scopes, budgets, and preplanning activities.
• Prepares subcontracts by reviewing or writing scopes of work and coordinates with design team.
• Lead and/or oversee project meetings (Progress, OAC, pre-installation).
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and manage durations and sequences.
• Manage budgets, input scopes into PM and accounting systems, and track costs.
• Ensure timely pay applications and final close-out activities.
• Provide leadership for subcontracting and mentoring project interns.
