Job summary

MGAC, a global boutique consultancy in Ann Arbor, MI, seeks a Mid to Senior Construction Project Manager to lead critical environments projects, including data centers and hospitals. The role requires onsite support in Detroit, MI, 3–4 days a week, with opportunities to advance within a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in construction project management, 2+ years in datacenter projects, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Associate, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• 4+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing datacenter projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects and components.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
