Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead critical environments projects in Saline, MI, including data centers and hospitals. The role requires onsite work 4–5 days per week and involves ownership of project scope, schedule, and budget to deliver high-visibility results.

You will mentor teams, manage risks, and maintain a trusted partnership with clients while advancing your career within a growing boutique consultancy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, construction and project management-focused, and seeking a modern and energetic business that will empower you to grow your career.
