Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Requires 5–8 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management experience.
• Proficient with budgeting, procurement, and project controls to manage a construction project.

Responsibilities

• Attend planning meetings and project status meetings.
• Develop and maintain the project plan with reports, projections, change orders and pricing.
• Manage subcontractors, contract documents, and project administration.
• Cultivate client relationships and maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and ensure timely submittals, RFIs, and approvals.
