Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management of new construction and renovation of existing assets.
• Detailed knowledge of the construction process, budgeting, accounting and procurement to manage a project.
• Computer skills including MS Office and scheduling software such as Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO or equivalent.
• LEED Accreditation preferred
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Attend planning meetings and project status meetings.
• Develop and maintain the project plan by producing summary status reports, monthly projections, and change orders/pricing for owner and subs; create/monitor pay apps and cash flow to manage budget.
• Develop all project administration, correspondence and letters.
• Develop industry relationships and expand networks to generate future sales opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents, Job Cost Report, ledgers and budget.
• Lead regular owner-architect-contractor meetings to monitor status of projects.
