Job summary

Omega Foundation Services, Inc. in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting, with 30–40% travel. Procore, Primavera P6, and BIM tools are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent).
• 5–10+ years of progressive construction project management experience with $5M–$50M+ projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and OSHA safety (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage project financials including estimates, budgets, cash flow, changes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; select and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure compliance with codes, OSHA, permits and licenses.
• Conduct site visits, progress meetings, quality inspections.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve delays and disputes.
• Maintain client/stakeholder communication with status reports.
• Oversee documentation: RFIs, submittals, logs, drawings, manuals.
• Promote safety on-site and lead safety meetings.
• Leverage PM software and BIM/drones/AI tools.
• Support business development, bid prep, client presentations.
