Job summary

Forge Constructors in Texas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality. You will partner with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, coordinating OAC meetings, managing budgets, buyouts, and documentation across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, proficiency in Procore and scheduling tools,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up developments, renovations, and tenant improvements.
• Procore proficiency; familiarity with Bluebeam, MS Project, Sage 300 CRE or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from mobilization through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract admin.
• Run Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain project cost reporting, forecasting, and profitability; manage buyouts and subcontractor pay applications.
