Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and oversees multiple small to medium construction projects.
• Coordinates CPM scheduling and claims administration.
• Interprets plans and specifications for clients, contractors, and field staff.
• Provides direction to Shop Drawing professionals and disseminates drawings to stakeholders.
• Participates in progress meetings with contractors and clients.
• Prepares progress reports and reviews contractor pay requests.
• Supports business development through proposals and client contact.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies.
