Job summary

Jobot in Spokane, WA seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

From preconstruction through closeout, you will manage budgets, schedules, meetings, and subcontractor contracts while ensuring safety and quality, and building lasting client relationships across the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
• Background within commercial, industrial, federal, educational, healthcare, municipal, or hospitality construction preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
• Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve project performance.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution.
• Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to executive leadership and clients.
• Drive schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and successful project closeout.
