The role focuses on achieving deadlines, managing budgets, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across the project lifecycle. The candidate should have a minimum of five years of project management experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems, Excel, and Procore.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum five years of project management and budgeting experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints with strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Windows-based programs; experience with ERP/CRM systems; knowledge of Excel; construction software experience (Procore) preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle of projects and subcontractors to meet objectives
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet schedule and budget
• Review project plans/specs for time frame, budget, and resources; adjust as needed
• Ensure financial success of projects and monitor status reports
• Work on additional company projects as assigned
