Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• 5+ years of construction-related experience is required.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of construction software tools listed in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-construction activities as needed.
• Act as liaison with client, architect, consultants, and Department of Building Inspection.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to implement innovative construction methods.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and documents (change orders, subcontracts, meeting minutes).
• Coordinate with on-site contractors for planning stages and integration with existing utilities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and manage cost changes and change orders.
• Review submittals and materials; monitor critical materials and deliveries.
