Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct capital projects, including design, environmental studies, and contract development.
• Coordinate budgets, cost control, and grant reporting across federal/state funding.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and personnel; supervise Project Managers as needed.
• Provide updates to ARRC and stakeholders; organize public meetings when required.
