Job summary

Fessler & Bowman, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Wisconsin to lead project teams from initiation to close-out. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and field coordination while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. Travel may be required to oversee multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering and at least five years of construction experience, with proven communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, or equivalent in training and experience.
• At least five (5) years of relatable construction experience.
• Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from hand-off to project close-out and ensure timely progression.
• Create, manage, and monitor project budgets and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, sequencing, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate field operations with general superintendent and safety managers.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and clients.
