Job summary

Fessler & Bowman is seeking a Project Manager to lead project teams from project start to close-out. You will handle planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with field operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of construction experience, strong communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Travel to job sites is required; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, or equivalent in training and experience.
• At least five (5) years of relatable construction experience.
• Creative and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptable with various individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from hand-off through close-out.
• Plan and schedule project activities and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgeting, A/R, A/P, and profitability.
• Maintain project schedules; ensure compliance with quality standards and laws.
• Coordinate with field operations, safety, and procurement to meet timelines.
• Mentor PE’s and APM’s; ensure proper training and development.
