Job summary

Harrison Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile, ground-up luxury development in the St. Louis market. This onsite role requires local residency and direct oversight of complex commercial construction from precon through closeout.

Candidate will own project financials, client relationships, subcontractor strategy, risk management, and executive-level communication, mentoring teams, and coordinating with field leadership.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
  • Experience leading ground-up commercial projects.
  • Experience managing project financial performance and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and change management.
  • Experience with complex MEP coordination.
  • Ability to lead sophisticated client-facing discussions.

Job description

A growing Midwest General Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of a high-profile, ground-up luxury development in the St. Louis market - ONSITE | NOT REMOTE | MUST LIVE IN THE AREA TO BE ONSITE.


We're looking for a project leader who has successfully managed complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and is comfortable owning project financials, client relationships, subcontractor strategy, risk management, and executive-level communication.


This role is best suited for a Senior PM who enjoys ownership, accountability, and building long-term career value. You should be comfortable:



  • Managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously

  • Navigating technically complex building systems

  • Driving project profitability while maintaining strong client relationships

  • Mentoring project teams and collaborating with field leadership


Candidates should have experience leading one or more of the following:



  • Luxury Hospitality Construction

  • Ground-Up Hotels

  • Podium Multifamily Developments

  • Mixed-Use Projects

  • Senior Living Communities

  • Student Housing Developments

  • Complex Commercial Projects with High-End Finishes
