The candidate should have a related bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience, plus the ability to work legally in the United States. Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience.
• Ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project.
• Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project.
• Manage multiple projects to completion.
• Function effectively in a high-stress situation.
• Communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
