Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a General Contractor role in the United States. The ideal candidate will oversee all construction activities, manage budgets and schedules, and lead on-site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within scope.

The position requires strong knowledge in estimating, contract management, and coordination with multiple stakeholders, including inspectors, architects, and clients. A BS in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager in construction.
• Experience in safety and budget management, risk management and site supervision.
• Experience in estimating, contract management, quality control and negotiation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to plan strategically.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare reports on job status and budget adherence.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.
• Maintain adherence to budgets, quality and safety standards.
• Direct strategic planning of construction projects.
