As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading bidding, pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases. You will collaborate with a Superintendent in the field and a Project Engineer in the office.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Estimating and Bidding: Ensure strong subcontractor participation and prepare thorough competitive bids.
2. Schedule Accurately: Develop and update project schedules using MS Project.
3. Provide pre-construction services: Design-build, value engineering, budgeting, and conceptual estimating.
4. Quality control: Manage your team to execute all action items accurately during pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases.
5. Take the lead: Lead your team and project to produce exceptional results and deliver outstanding client experiences.
6. Manage your project team: With assistance from a Project Engineer and Project Administrator, handle all documentation related to each project phase.
7. Be versatile: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, bidding and executing them effectively.
8. Be your client’s most valuable resource: Serve as the primary contact and problem solver throughout the project.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager preferred.
• Experience with Office T.I. projects is required; additional experience in Life Sciences, R&D, or Site Work is preferred.
• Strong command of sub-trades, especially MEPs, and building methods.
• Proficient in MS Project; experience with Procore is a plus.
