Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and specifications.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project expenses and financial performance, identifying and addressing budget changes.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize costs.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including construction crews, subcontractors, and staff.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
• Identify risks and develop strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Monitor projects closely and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
