OCMI, Inc. (O'Connor Construction Management) seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager for our Sacramento, CA team, focusing on HCAI healthcare programs.

You will join a core PM group delivering large, complex healthcare projects with emphasis on cost management, scheduling, and project controls. The role requires 7+ years in construction PM, healthcare project experience, and strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction project management.
• Experience with HCAI/OSHPD healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of construction administration, project controls, cost management, scheduling.
• Experience reviewing RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel user and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders including facility staff, project coordinators, contractors, design professionals, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other documentation on status, risks, schedule and budget.
• Support projects through planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases.
• Review and coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, pay applications, and other project documentation.
• Manage field activities to meet project requirements, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with teams to identify and resolve constructability, schedule, cost, and operational issues.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain project reporting, logs, and document controls.
• Manage pace and schedule with cost and schedule support.
• Provide strong document and project controls, including monitoring risks and potential cost/schedule impacts.

Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000
