Job summary

DPR Construction in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead projects end-to-end, manage budgets and risks, and direct multidisciplinary teams. The role emphasizes safety, quality, stakeholder negotiation, and on-time delivery across technically complex, sustainable facilities.

The candidate will oversee procurement, coach project engineers and assistant PMs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining DPR’s safety standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals by establishing expectations and supporting development plans.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, monitors progress, and addresses complex issues to ensure timely completion and safety.
• Manages procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with work sequences.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders; reviews project documentation for compliance and future reference.
• Partners with the Superintendent to implement project-specific quality and safety programs.
