Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day field execution for complex projects with focus on safety, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinates with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to resolve field issues.
• Guides field logistics, site utilization, and work sequencing to optimize productivity.
• Oversees safety plans and quality control measures, addressing elevated risks and escalating concerns.
• Reviews and validates field documentation (daily reports, look-aheads, coordination logs) for accuracy.
