• 7+ years’ experience as Lead/Senior PM on commercial interior projects in NYC
• Experience running projects in a Senior PM capacity with oversight of junior PMs/APMs
• Proven experience running corporate interior projects above $10m+ in NYC
• Proficiency in Procore
• College degree in construction-related field preferred but not essential
