Insight Global is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager in New Brighton, MN to lead large-scale commercial roofing, siding, and exterior projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage project execution, client relationships, budgets, and a small team, with travel required for site visits and client meetings.

The role requires 10+ years in construction project management, proven multi‑million dollar project oversight, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Proven budget, forecasting, and P&L oversight for multi‑million dollar projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring project teams (PMs/Asst PMs).
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Directly manage a team of ~3 Project Managers and Assistant PMs; provide mentorship.
• Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and executive leadership.
• Travel locally and nationally 2–3 days per month; manage multiple high‑visibility projects.

Job Description

My client is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial roofing, siding, and exterior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role will oversee project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and a team of Project Managers while supporting a growing project backlog that includes data centers, renewable energy facilities, and commercial construction projects ranging from smaller engagements to multi-million-dollar initiatives.

On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Project Manager will oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and P&L accountability while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders. This individual will directly manage a team of approximately three Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, providing mentorship and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires regular collaboration with field teams, customers, subcontractors, and executive leadership. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, traveling locally and nationally to job sites 2-3 days per month, and managing multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.

Required Skills & Experiences:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction environments
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from inception through completion
• Proven experience overseeing multi-million-dollar projects, budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring Project Managers and/or Assistant Project Managers
• Strong client-facing and customer-facing experience with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, resources, and project financials
