Qualifications

• Strong construction knowledge, communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead project profitability, cash flow, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead business, administrative, and operational aspects of construction projects.
• Own project profitability, cash flow, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and risk management.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and project team on procurement, change orders, cost forecasting, contract compliance, and project controls.
• Resolve field issues and mitigate risks; support preconstruction and business development; maintain client relationships.
