Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management or related field.
• 5–10+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team in coordination with the superintendent to execute the construction plan.
• Establish and enforce QA/QC programs and field controls.
• Implement safety programs and monitor compliance with site safety requirements.
• Plan, organize, and direct project scheduling, logistics, and resources.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, cost controls, and procurement plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; manage change orders and claims.
• Prepare monthly reports and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities and estimate strategies with the team.
