• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business, administrative and operational aspects of construction projects.
• Own project profitability, cash flow, budgets, schedules, quality, safety and risk management.
• Plan, procure, manage subcontractors, change orders and cost forecasting.
• Ensure contract compliance and project controls; resolve field issues and mitigate risks.
• Provide team leadership, support employee development and maintain client/stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to preconstruction and business development efforts and ensure effective PM systems.
