Job summary

Genuine Search Group is seeking a skilled construction leader to manage commercial projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will oversee one large project or multiple depending on scope and coordinate with senior leaders to deliver on schedule and budget.

You will build strong client relationships, navigate complex healthcare, data centers, or industrial work, and enjoy a high degree of autonomy within a collaborative, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor.
• Experience in healthcare, data centers, industrial, or other complex commercial projects preferred.
• Background with concrete, structural steel, tilt-wall, or PEMB is a plus.
• A proactive leader who can manage projects with minimal oversight.
