Job summary

ANF Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead daily construction activities in the South Florida market. You will supervise scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a four-year construction-related degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Viewpoint, Primavera, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a construction-related curriculum (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 3–5 years’ experience as Project Manager or 10+ years construction experience.
• Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationships, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, and effective written/oral communication.
• Experience managing projects with values between $2M and $50M.
• Proficiency with PC-based scheduling and spreadsheets including Viewpoint, Primavera, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and monthly progress/pay applications.
• Prepare subcontracts, change orders, and revisions to budgets.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with Owners/Architects/Engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely completion through scheduling, material expediting, and submittal approvals.
