Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC in South Florida seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and ensure milestones meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives. You will manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, while supporting procurement and contract administration.

With 7+ years in construction PM and strong knowledge of safety and risk management, you will guide teams, mentor junior staff, and prepare monthly progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple large scopes of work, including at-risk and cost-plus contracts.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and risk management.
