Job summary

ANF Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee daily construction project management, coordination, and successful completion within time and cost objectives in the South Florida market. The role requires a four-year construction degree (or equivalent experience) and 3–5 years PM experience, with proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and seeing projects from buy-out to closeout.

Qualifications

• Four (4) year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop an initial schedule with the Preconstruction Department and manage updates with subs and vendors.
• Establish and enforce project administrative procedures per ANF Group policies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, safety, labor relations, and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements.
• Support and implement the company’s Project Success Planning processes.
• Develop, review, approve, and implement budgets, schedules, and bid documents.
• Coordinate buy-out meetings and prepare subcontracts with the Senior PM.
• Direct budget estimating, purchasing, engineering, and cost control functions for the project.
• Maintain full set of as-built drawings, specs, contracts, and submittals.
• Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and subs through coordination meetings.
• Review and approve subcontractor payments and vendor invoices.
• Prepare and issue monthly owner progress reports and cost reports.
• Ensure timely billing and account receivables; drive on-schedule completion.
• Lead project team meetings and mentor junior staff.
• Develop relationships with Owners/Architects/Subcontractors for marketing.
• Oversee project Closeout and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
