Job summary

Project Control, a Subsidiary Of Raba Kistner, seeks a detailed-oriented Project Manager to join our Project Control team in College Station, TX. The role supports the Program Manager/Director across initiation through turnover, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in construction management with PMP and PM software familiarity, plus strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• 5–10 years of construction management/PM experience; PMP and PM software certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams across multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager/Director to extend client/owner capabilities in project organization, planning, programming, administration, and design/construction management.
• Coordinate design activities and site observations to ensure schedule and quality control.
• Prepare monthly reports and detailed minutes of project meetings; monitor scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
