Base Pay: $120,000.00/yr – $250,000.00/yr.

Job Overview

Our client is an ENR100 top general contractor with over 80 years of success. After winning several projects in downtown Chicago and expanding its team, we are looking for 2 project managers.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager and a Mid‑level Project Manager with commercial GC experience to join our client’s team in downtown Chicago. The ideal individual will have experience managing project teams on ground‑up commercial, multifamily or mixed‑use developments at large scale and want to grow into a future C‑Suite role.

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to $200,000 + 12%‑15% bonus based on DOE. Benefits include vehicle allowance, 401(k), health, vision, medical, paid maternity and paternity leave.
