Base pay range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Company Overview: Join a leading company in the heavy civil construction industry known for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. My client’s Rosemont office is expanding, and they are looking for a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join the project management team.

Job Description: As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and finalization of heavy civil construction projects. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire construction process from initial planning through to project completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, allocating resources effectively.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or changes promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
  • Prepare reports on project status, risks, and changes to upper management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-20 years of experience in construction management, specifically within the heavy civil sector.
