Job summary

AlphaX RE Capital is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Community) to oversee vertical construction across residential communities in California. You will lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure schedules, budgets, quality, and safety, and deliver high‑quality homes on time.

You bring 5–8 years in residential construction, a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of residential construction experience, including managing production homebuilding projects or communities.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, building systems, and quality standards.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, trade partners, and construction schedules across multiple homes.
• OSHA safety regulations and construction site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities within assigned communities from groundbreaking to turnover.
• Manage multiple homes in various stages, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to support milestones and closing dates.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections to monitor progress and compliance with standards.
• Identify challenges and implement timely solutions to minimize delays and maintain production efficiency.
• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure safety and timely completion.
