This role provides expert leadership for Anoka County construction projects, including developing time and resource estimates, monitoring project status, and ensuring critical path and milestone deadlines are met.
The Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for full‑cycle construction project management and serves as a primary point of coordination with internal teams, external partners, and vendors. This position develops project plans and contingencies, manages schedules, selects and oversees vendors, and provides clear direction to ensure high‑quality project outcomes and exceptional customer satisfaction.
