Mortenson is seeking a Senior Project Manager I and II to lead large projects while ensuring quality, safety, and mentoring team members. Candidates will manage financial health, schedule, and customer relationships, needing strong communication and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of construction management or related experience for level I.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management or related experience for level II.
• Current driver's license required.
• Basic understanding of construction law and business practices.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall financial health of projects.
• Provide financials and billings to Accounting.
• Lead Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Function as main point of contact with owner and on-site representative.
• Maintain schedule and budget, manage quality, risk, safety, and compliance.
