Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, construction management, construction technology, project management or a related field and 6+ years of experience.
• Associate's degree or certificate in engineering, engineering tech, construction management, construction technology, project management or related field and 8+ years of experience.
• 10+ years of experience applying knowledge in a similar role.
• Related certifications and coursework may be considered for education or experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complex large-scale construction project plans, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate field activities and resolve issues among contractor, agency, and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to ensure projects meet plans, budget, and agency expectations.
• Develop and manage budgets exceeding $25 million; create and negotiate change orders.
