Coakley & Williams Construction seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead multiple complex projects across Commercial, Higher Education, Multi-Family, Life-Sciences, and Government sectors from preconstruction through closeout.

You will direct project teams, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subs, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while driving client satisfaction and team development.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of experience managing construction projects valued at over $20 million.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with construction financials, scheduling, and multi-trade management.
• Proven track record of client satisfaction and profitable project delivery.
• OSHA 30-hour, First Aid, CPR certifications.
• LEED Specialty Accreditation.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, and BIM tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, with accountability for safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Enforce safety program and ensure project compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide leadership to project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and mentor members.
• Participate in preconstruction activities, including estimating, bidding, and constructability reviews.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Lead procurement activities, including scope development and subcontractor negotiations.
• Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, payments, and project documentation.
• Oversee project communications with owners, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
