Job summary

Coakley & Williams Construction, LLC in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution, financial management, and successful completion of commercial projects across government, education, life sciences, retail, hospitality, and multi‑family base building programs.

You will work with the Project Superintendent and project team to manage safety, quality, schedule, cost, contracts, procurement, client communication, and closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering commercial construction projects valued at $20M+.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, procurement, and closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, CM, subs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of safety, quality control, and PM practices; OSHA 30 eligible or certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through turnover with safety and quality at core.
• Coordinate objectives with the Superintendent; assign tasks and provide leadership.
• Develop and monitor schedules; identify risks and implement recovery plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and subcontractor payments.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor scope, and contract administration.
• Ensure documentation, permits, RFIs, and closeout materials are accurate.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes to owners, architects, engineers, and leadership.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, RFPs, and client presentations.
