Job summary

Coakley & Williams Construction is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial, higher-education, multi-family, and government projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, estimators, schedulers, and BIM professionals, and oversee preconstruction, procurement, cost control, and field execution to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large construction projects (>$20M).
• Experience with preconstruction, procurement, cost control, scheduling.
• Demonstrated record of client satisfaction and profitable delivery.
• OSHA-30, First Aid, CPR certifications; LEED accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Enforce safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership to project teams and mentor members.
• Manage procurement, subcontracts, and cost controls; monitor budgets.
• Maintain project schedules and progress reporting; manage risks.
