Qualifications

• 7+ years total construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager role leading projects independently.
• Extensive experience managing large, complex, high-risk, or multi-phase commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams, mentor staff, and support business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large, complex, or high-risk commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Establish and maintain project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost controls; ensure delivery within safety and quality expectations.
• Identify schedule conflicts and discrepancies; lead resolution with minimal oversight.
• Represent the company with professionalism in client, design team, and industry engagements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
