The Weitz Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to closeout. You will guide project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, change orders, and delivering projects within allocated funds while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Formación

• 10+ years of construction experience as Project Manager or similar role.
• Experience in commercial construction for a general contractor is required.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team; senior living, student housing, hospitality, condo construction desired.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee complex construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams and manage performance to project goals and policy.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and monitor risk factors.
• Lead client and stakeholder communication and manage expectations.
