DeAngelis Diamond is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 7+ years of construction experience in aviation, aerospace, industrial, or healthcare sectors. You will lead resource planning, manage teams, and ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

You will coordinate contract negotiations, payments, RFIs, and submittals, and present monthly reports to executives. A Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager in aviation, aerospace, industrial or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of AIA construction agreements and contract administration.
• Proficient in MS Office, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura and Bluebeam.

• Plan, organize, and manage all resources for successful project execution.
• Lead project teams to meet quality, schedule, budget, safety and client goals.
• Manage payments from clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact with owner and design professionals.
• Apply SOPs and develop project strategy for RFP responses and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage schedules, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Present monthly cost, schedule, safety and progress reports to executives.
