Job summary

DeAngelis Diamond is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction initiatives across healthcare, commercial, and multi-family projects. You will plan resources, supervise teams, and ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence to deliver exceptional client experiences.

With 3+ years of PM experience and a Bachelor’s in construction-related field, you will negotiate contracts, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders while applying standard operating procedures to drive project

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager or equivalent path at the company.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from $25M to $50M.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all resources for project execution.
• Lead project teams to meet quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client goals.
• Manage payments from clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as main contact with owner and design professionals.
• Apply SOPs and DD processes to daily work.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage schedules, changes, RFIs, and submittals.
• Present monthly reports on cost, schedule, safety, and progress.
