DeAngelis Diamond is a national construction management firm seeking a Healthcare Project Manager in Florida. You will plan, organize, and manage resources for healthcare projects, lead teams to ensure quality, schedule, and budget goals, and act as the main liaison with owners and design professionals.

The role requires a 3+ year track record in construction project management and a passion for healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• 3+ years as a construction project manager or equivalent path.
• Experience with healthcare construction preferred (AHCA a plus).
• Strong communication and ability to translate complex info.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage project resources (people, materials).
• Lead teams to meet quality, schedule, budget, safety, client goals.
• Handle payments between clients, subs, and vendors.
• Be the primary contact with owner and design professionals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage schedules, RFIs, submittals.
• Present monthly cost, schedule, and safety reports to leadership.
• Contribute to RFP responses and project strategy.
