DeAngelis Diamond is an award-winning national construction management firm seeking a Healthcare Project Manager with 5+ years of experience. The role focuses on leading healthcare projects, controlling budget, schedule, and quality while ensuring superb client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with owners and design professionals, negotiate contracts, and oversee payments, RFIs, and submittals. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager or equivalent progression within the DD career path.
• Experience managing projects of $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all resources for project execution.
• Lead project teams to meet quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client experience goals.
• Manage payments from clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact with owner and design professionals.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage schedules, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Present monthly project reports to executive leadership.
• Contribute to RFP responses and project presentations.
