Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager or equivalent path within DD
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Ability to structure complex information into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all resources for successful project execution.
• Lead project teams to meet quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client experience goals.
• Oversee payments between clients, subs, and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact with owners and design professionals.
• Apply DeAngelis Diamond SOPs to daily work.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, subs, and suppliers.
• Manage schedules, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Present monthly reports on cost, RFIs, submittals, safety, and schedule.
