Responsibilities

• Coordinate preconstruction activities: takeoff, scope, bid packaging, scheduling.
• Manage subcontractor pricing, scope, and submittals per project schedule.
• Oversee change orders, budget tracking, and monthly cost/margin forecasts.
• Lead project meetings and ensure timely closeout with documentation.
