Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Ability to seek out and find business opportunities.
• Must understand regional market and possess sales/closing skills.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced presentation skills.
• Ability to read/interpret contract docs, drawings, specs, schedules.
• Ability to implement BIM and Lean on projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and design community to enhance business opportunities.
• Develop high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to secure new work for the unit.
• Ensure ethics and compliance on all projects.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions.
• Manage and lead multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee master project schedule and its implementation.
• Provide oversight for budget and financial management.
• Support and drive Turner initiatives and technologies.
• Oversee QA/QC program administration.
• Enforce safety protocols by project staff.
• Be a good corporate citizen and maximize Turner resources.
